As a UX designer, I approach each project with the same passion and curiosity that drives me to explore the world of surfing. Through my travels, I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse cultures and connect with people from all walks of life. This experience has enriched my understanding of human behavior and inspired me to design solutions that are inclusive and user-centered. I am a problem solver at heart and am eager to tackle any challenge that comes my way.
As part of my student projects, I've conducted numerous interviews and have become comfortable with collecting qualitative data. I have a natural curiosity and enjoy understanding things from different angles. I've also led focus groups, which has allowed me to further develop my communication and leadership skills.
Throughout my years at Chalmers users has always had a central role in the development process and user-testing a natural part of it. I’ve held user-tests in different projects evaluating different aspects of a product with a strong focus on usability.

At Chalmers I have learned the importance of methodology and that truly understanding a problem and the users involved is the key to creating a user-friendly product. The master has taught me more about digital design and UX-methodology. The combination of my bachelor's in Industrial Design Engineering with my master's has given me a diverse range of knowledge and insights that I think are valuable in different UX roles. It has helped me develop communication skills to better facilitate collaboration with all project stakeholders, ranging from back-end programmers to end-users.

As well as doing the master thesis at CheckWatt, I'm also working extra there as customer support. This involves answering customers questions in their process of getting their batteries setup for smart steering. It also involves answering new potential partners for future installation of hardware and maintenance. This has given us more insights of the users we’re designing for in the master thesis.

I believe the most important aspect of the job is to see each customer and its unique needs to able to create the best experience possible. At Surfskolan I have learnt to be adaptable. As it is a small business, the job includes tasks varying from teaching and booking lessons to selling equipment and managing the online commerce.
